This project was our most recent. This was a complicated one in terms of the distribution of the original walls and the main building pillars. We carried out full renovations, changing the walls and the flow to the apartment.
This apartment has sea views from every window and so we wanted to incorporate this point into our designing process. The building protrudes out into the sea and so the views from lounge in particular are spectacular.
The apartment is 108m2 and we created three-double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open plan kitchen / dining and lounge area. We added an island with the dining table attached. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen as well as the laundry area included.
It is a beautiful apartment with the noise from the waves of the sea and the gentle sea breeze which flows through. There is lots of space for entertaining. It is an easy apartment to close down and open up if it is a holiday home.
We used a combination of natural stone, wood, ceramic tiles and mirrors throughout and using pale colours and adding dashes of blue, pinks and beiges.
