FULL RENOVATION PROJECT

Apartment with Sea Views
in the Port 

This is a beautiful 3 double bedroom 110m2 apartment. Our clients are wonderful social people and they love having events or hosting lunches and dinners for friends and family. Therefore this was an important aspect to design around. 

We created 3 double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a guest bathroom and an open plan kitchen / dining area. On a lower level we designed the lounge area leading onto the terrace with bi-folding doors to really open up the apartment, bring in natural light and create the maximum space we could. 

In total, we created four different areas to host and this apartment resulted in being cool, vibrant and charming as well as having a calming factor to it. It also has sea views from the terrace so this was also considered with the designing.
